How KENIDO began
KENIDO began on the buyer’s side. We built checks for people who were about to buy a business. Our job was to find the weak points before they paid.
Then we saw who was missing. A buyer has someone looking for problems. An owner who sells usually has no one. The owner hears the buyer’s worries late, as a “no” or a lower price, when it is too late to fix them.
So we turned the buyer’s view around. KENIDO works for the owner who is getting ready to sell, and shows what worries a buyer while there is still time to fix it.
From request to report
Six steps. You pay only for a finished report.

Your request
You tell us about your business and choose one, two or all three layers. At this step you pay nothing and send no documents. Layer 1 costs €200, layer 2 €150, layer 3 €50 (only with layer 1 or 2). All three cost €400. Prices are the total you pay: from €150 to €400. No VAT is added.

We accept your order
Within 1 working day we write to you. You give no card details at this stage.

You reserve the amount and send your documents
Our email has a payment link. The amount is reserved on your card. Then you send what the email “Order confirmed” lists, within 2 working days.

We look at your business as a buyer does
For every finding, we write what a buyer can say, why it can make them walk away, and how it can lower the price.

We plan the fixes
You get a plan for 90 days: what to fix, who does it, by when, and how to see that it is fixed.

You get the report
It starts with one of four verdicts: Ready, Ready after fixes, Fix first, Do not sell now. We charge the amount when we deliver it.
What you can expect from KENIDO

Every fact comes with its proof.
A person at KENIDO checks every finding and signs every report.

First we accept your order. Then payment.
We ask for your card only after we accept your order. Then the amount is reserved on your card. The money stays with you, but you cannot spend it. We charge it when we deliver the report. If we do not deliver a report, the reserved amount is released and you pay nothing.

We never work for the other side of your deal.
We check this when we accept the order. If there is a conflict, we stop, and you pay nothing.

Your business stays confidential.
A non-disclosure agreement applies from the moment you send your request. We never contact your buyers, brokers, staff, customers, suppliers or landlord about you. We send your report only to you. You decide whether to show it to a broker, an accountant or a buyer.

We answer within 1 working day.
We answer a request within 1 working day. You get the report within 24 hours after our email “Everything received”.
