A sample report
The PDF is a full report on a café, with all three layers: digital footprint, the café’s figures, competitors. It shows what can make a buyer say no, and what to do about each point. This page shows its main parts in English.
Made-up example. The café, its owner, the findings and the numbers are made up for this sample. The café is only an example. The parts of the report are the same for a shop, a clinic or a trade business.
PDF, 9 pages. The PDF is in Russian.

The verdict comes first
Every report gives one of four verdicts. In the sample, it comes first, before section 1.
- Ready
- Ready after fixesThe café’s verdict
- Fix first
- Do not sell now
“Ready after fixes. No finding would by itself stop a sale. A buyer can find four things that worry them. All four can be fixed, starting now. The plan is for 90 days.”
The main risk is that the café depends on its owner. First priority: prepare the folder of documents for the buyer (weeks 1–8 of the plan).
We show what a buyer often finds, and what to do about it: fix it, or explain it openly.
What can make a buyer say no, and what to do
Four findings from the sample, the most serious first. Each finding shows its proof number, the weeks the fix takes, and what the fix costs.

We found

What a buyer can say

Why a buyer can walk away

What to do
Have a manager whom guests know by name at the café every day. Answer reviews in the name of the café. Weeks 5–12 · the manager’s salary.

We found

How it can lower the price
They can ask for a lower price, because the risk is higher.
What to do
A one-page note: why the accounts were late, and proof that everything is now in order. Weeks 3–6 · about €150 (example).

What a buyer can say
“So the website is not part of the deal.”
Why a buyer can walk away
It is not clear what they are buying: the website can stay with you.
How it can lower the price

What to do
Move the domain name to the business. Weeks 1–2 · €0, not counting what the domain company charges.

We found

What a buyer can say
“Is this place still open?”
Why a buyer can walk away
It is a small point, but it adds doubt to the points above.
How it can lower the price
A buyer who doubts one detail starts to doubt the rest, and asks for a lower price.
What to do
Update the address and the hours everywhere a guest can find the café. Weeks 3–4 · €0.

How a buyer reads the café’s figures

- “Prices are the same as everywhere, so you cannot raise them.” Cappuccino on the street: €2.50 to €3.20 (E-062). Do not promise growth through prices.
- “Summer is one thing, winter another.” The café has a summer terrace (E-005). Put revenue by month for 24 months in the folder.
